I was very fortunate to find Dennis Mitchell Automotive through a Google search. Coming from out of town to test drive an FSBO pre-owned car, I needed an expert to look over it and let me know what condition it was in. The website was awesome! In plain language, each service interval and procedure is explained thoroughly. On the website, I saw that they did examine cars considered for purchase. This was late Saturday night when I was searching online. I noticed that I could email the business with questions and did so. I was stunned to get an email response from Dennis Mitchell on Sunday! He explained what steps he took to evaluate a vehicle and invited me to call the shop for an appointment. When I arrived at the shop the next day, I was greeted warmly by McCall, and Dennis Mitchell was available immediately. He listened to my concerns, drove the car, put it on the lift, and checked all fluids and systems under the hood. My concerns were addressed first, then, point by point, each system was explained in detail. Price estimates were provided when I asked. And I received a typed printout of what we had just discussed. I had expected to pay more than twice as much for a perfunctory look-see, and this was wonderfully thorough. All my questions were answered thoughtfully. ASE Certified Mechanics, prompt and pleasant communication, a spotless waiting area, and delightful people are what you will find at Dennis Mitchell Automotive. I wholeheartedly recommend this fine business.
